Callwake provides missed-call recovery and quote follow-up tools for businesses. Features may change as we improve the service.

Eligibility

Callwake is for business use only. By using the service, you confirm that you can agree to these terms for your business.

Trial and billing

Subscriptions are billed by our payment partner as merchant of record. Plans include a 14-day trial with a card required. You may cancel anytime. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment.

Fair use

Missed-Call Recovery includes up to 300 conversations per month per business. More conversations are available at cost.

Your responsibilities

You own and control the numbers and messages you connect. You are responsible for laws that apply to texting your customers. You may not use Callwake for marketing blasts.

Acceptable use

Do not use Callwake for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unwanted messages. Do not interfere with the service or try to access another business's data.

Availability and results

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Callwake's total liability is capped at the fees your business paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated terms and change the date above. Continued use after a change means your business accepts the updated terms.
