Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

30-day money-back guarantee

If Callwake is not right for your business, email support@callwake.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not billed again.

Refunds after the first 30 days

Monthly plans: a refund for one month's fee is approved within one business day when the service did not work as described. Annual plans: within 30 days of the first payment, the full amount is refunded; after that, we refund the unused full months of the term on request. Refund requests are answered in writing within one business day.

Payment partner

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email support@callwake.com from the email address on your account and include your business name. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve every request directly.

We may update this policy. We will post the updated policy and change the date above.
